Welcome to our Edge of Heaven with 180 degree breathtaking Norris Lake and mountain views from all areas of the home. Plenty of outdoor space on the upper and lower decks to relax and enjoy the spectacular views and gorgeous sunrises. Our home is perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway and is located in Deerfield Resort on Deer Hill between Springs Dock and Deerfield Marina.

Main Level: Open floor layout with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen including gas cooktop, double oven, two refrigerators, water filtration system at sink, additional seating at the large island, ice machine in large mudroom and laundry, primary bedroom and great room with dining table, large sectional, gas fireplace and bluetooth stereo system.

Lower Level: Two additional en-suite bedrooms with attached bathrooms, bunk room with 2 queen beds on the lower bunks and 2 full beds on the top bunks, hall full bathroom, media room with surround sound and media chairs along with an additional king size bed on the floor and a rec room with shuffleboard table, poker table and bar area with beverage fridge.

High speed fiber optics internet and smart TV's in the main living areas, covered porch, media room and primary bedrooms.

The home has access to a boat slip just a minute away. Better than climbing steps at most homes, pull your car right to the dock and load the boat.

A flat pull thru driveway with ample parking.

Close to all that Deerfield Resort has to offer-golf course, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, marina and Tiki Hut just to name a few with Chapman Hill winery within a mile from our home. Boat rentals available at local marinas nearby.

Stunning!

Absolutely loved our stay!We’ve stayed on the other side of the lake before with a private dock, and were pretty apprehensive about being on the busier end, with no dedicated place to swim. I thought we’d have to drive all the way to Big Creek to get out of traffic, but found that going left out of the dock, there were several great coves (safe with limited traffic) across from the peninsula that were perfect for anchoring down, tubing, etc. The central location to Sugar Hollow (LOVED the water park), Shanghai, Springs and TIki Hut was awesome. Flat Hollow (karaoke on Thursday!) was a nice cruise away (about 20 min).While you don’t go to Norris for the pool, it was nice that we had that option. Needs some updates, (no liner, so our littles’ ended up with scratched toes), but clean and refreshing. Had it to ourselves most of the time. A bit of a long drive to get there
 Appreciated the bumpers on the dock
 especially given that the dock is not in a no wake zone and things got a little wavy on weekends. The drive down to the dock might be seen as a con for some, but we loved the safety for our little kids and not having to walk up stairs or a big hill made our trip so much more enjoyable. The house was stunning. Beds were so comfortable (even the one on the floor in theater!), and the couch 
 chefs kiss. Loved having coffee every morning on the deck looking out over the lake. Truly the best house. Still sad to not be waking up there every morning.

PERFECT!!!

The property was brand new. Amazing attention to detail from the linens to the furniture everything was first class. My family has stayed at countless properties all over the country and this was definitely one of the very very best. Exceptionally clean. We were so comfortable and appreciated the ease of working with the owners. We were in town for our son’s medical school graduation at LMU and felt very blessed to stay at such a lovely home.

Beautiful Lakeside Retreat!

I cannot recommend this property enough! It was as luxurious and spacious as the pictures suggested. My family travelled here for the Thanksgiving holiday and found the property served our needs perfectly! The kitchen was huge and equipped with everything you might need. There was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy visiting, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood (which is hilly but beautiful!), and everyone we came across was very friendly and neighborly. The owners were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place of this size and would not hesitate to book it again!

Amazing views

Everything about this property is amazing. The kitchen was so spacious for all the meals we prepared, it made it very easy. My favorite spot was on the back deck sitting on the comfortable furniture by the tv. The communication with the owners was outstanding. He checked in with me the first night to make sure everything was good. We will definitely stay again and will highly recommend to everyone!

Highly Recommend

A wonderful rental. New house with so many extras. We loved the free standing ice machine, corn hole, shuffle board and grill. We spent 4 nights with 3 couples and had a great experience. The outside back porch overlooks Norris Lake and was a favorite place to eat and just hang out. We were able to use the boat slip just a short drive in the neighborhood from the house which was so convenient. There were small deer everywhere! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. So much room. There are 2 laundry rooms and 2 refrigerators. We didn’t even use the bunk room or home theater that has a bed in it. The home was very clean. Eric was helpful with any questions we had. We would certainly return to this rental in the future if in the area!

Family get together

This property is amazing! From the unmatched views of the lake, to the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and all the fun in between, this is the house to rent for your vacation! We had four generations together and created unforgettable memories here. The place has literally everything you need besides food and drinks. Also, one of the most important things for us was the ease of it being handicap accessible. My father in law is 88 and an amputee in a wheelchair, and he was able to easily get in and out of the house. A master suite being on the main level also made it very easy for him and my 86 year old mother in law. I also wanted to mention that having the boat slip and access to golf and other amenities made it to where everyone got to pick their activity of choice. You will not be disappointed with this property!
