Whether you’re planning a wedding, anniversary, family reunion, golf outing, or corporate retreat, our villa is the perfect destination for you.

The villa features twelve exquisite king bedrooms and two kids’ rooms with full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk beds, all themed around famous Hollywood movies, offering ample space for large groups. The first-floor bedrooms, including Titanic, Jaws, Tiffany’s, Wizard of Oz, and Godfather’s, each come with their own bathroom. The second-floor bedrooms, including Firstman/space, Back to the future, and Transformers, also come with their own bathrooms. The Jumanji bedroom shares a bathroom with the Ghostbusters bedroom, while the Hobbit bedroom shares a bathroom with the Jurassic bedroom, and the ET bedroom shares a bathroom with the Indiana Jones bedroom.

The villa offers an array of amenities for your entertainment and leisure, including a private bowling alley, Halo virtual arcade game, heated pool & spa, pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, hydro thunder, happy baby basketball, electronic piano, and more. You can also enjoy the large living room TV and an open-concept living room space with a premium-quality audio system. The villa features Smart 4k TVs and carpeted floors in all 14 bedrooms, two refrigerators, and two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, ensuring your ultimate comfort and convenience. The villa’s unique theme and amenities were featured by Paging Mr. Morrow and the News 6 at Nine news channel.

Outside, you’ll find a large private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated upon request, and resort-style sun loungers and seating. There is also a private family BBQ grill next to the pool that you can use for a fee. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef, and there is plenty of open space for group gatherings in the living room, with a massive kitchen island and additional chairs for everyone to enjoy quality meals together.

The villa is located in the charming Solterra Resort, just 15 minutes from Orlando-themed parks, including Disney World, and the luscious golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. You’ll have free access to the 5,600 square foot clubhouse inside the Solterra resort community, featuring a fitness center, a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, poolside cabanas, food and beverage services, tennis courts, and many more fun activities for the young and the young-at-heart. Additionally, there is a Target supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, multiple restaurants, banks, and other services approximately three miles from the home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $ 50/day. Must be informed 48 hours before check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.

POOL HEATING FYI:
* The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
* It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
* The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
* The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
* On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.


** BBQ GRILL: is an additional service, and costs $75 for a 7 days period. Additional Days are $5 per day.
Must be required 48 hours before check-in date.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.


HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
