Whether traveling with a party of 8 or couples, this recently renovated four-bedroom, three and a half bath, 2,600 square feet townhome is well equipped with modern kitchen appliances and washer and dryer for your convenience. This home features a gourmet eat-in kitchen that leads to an open deck area for casual dining in nice weather. Parking is also available for up to two cars if needed. It is a quiet respite from a long day of sightseeing - well air conditioned for the summer and cozily heated during the winter. Streaming services are provided free for relaxing after dinner - on 2 smart TV’s. WiFi is also free!
The home has all you would comfortably need for relaxing after a busy day touring DC with family, or friends. We want your stay to be memorable. Please refer to the guide for house rules regarding use of the home. Also, in consideration of other neighbors and residents in the lower level we ask for quiet hours from 11 pm through 7:30 am.
