Fun -ahoy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time in this beautiful canal front home. We rented a pontoon and were able to tie up dockside overnight. We took boat out to the ocean near Sanibel. Great location for boating to Sanibel, Pine Island and more (about an hour ride). We caught fish from the dock. Small jellyfish visible in the lights under the dock at night. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook and eat poolside (and save expense eating out all the time). Clean and well cared for. The only caveat was spring break traffic - it took so long to go anywhere. Overall, we enjoyed the getaway with our kids! Thanks for letting us slurp up all the fun with your home serving as home base.

Swimming in the pool, bike riding, boat and car trips. Only thing to notice may be some of the neighbors had dogs and at times there was a lot of barking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you to the home owners for opening up their home for rent, we thoughourly enjoyed your home. Location was great as we were only a few canals away from my sister, so it was great when they picked us up to go fishing in their boat. Neighbours are very nice and introduced themselves to us the first day. The home was clean, has tv's in each room and the night lights are an added touch. The out door seating area was awesome, having a heated pool and the tiki hut down by the canal was perfect. Valerie was excellent to work with throughout the rental process and Damon was there to resolve any technical issues we had. He was friendly, helpful and professional. We looked to book this home again for our 2018 stay but unfortunately for us it is booked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, Villa Sweet Water is a good choice. The property management is helpful. The villa is nice, and have a nice outdoor area and pool. There was a small problem with one of the toilets, whereas the water pump didn't stop properly, and made a noise. The drinking glasses in the bathroom was also dirty. The management was informed, and promised to take care of it. Other than that, everything was very nice. The villa has five bikes and two kayaks available for use. If you don't mind some driving, both Miami, Tampa, and Orlando (with Universal resort and Disney World), is within 2-4 hours away.

We brought our boat to Florida with us for this vacation and was short time getting out to open water, enjoyed going to Fort Myers Beach and other Islands. Neighborhood nice, and we enjoyed bike riding around there a lot. The Neighbors right there were all so friendly as they came out to greet us as soon as we got there! The one neighbor even helped my husband with putting our boat in at dock which was a bit of a jaunt away! Wow! Pool nice and warm. This home has everything u need and more, bikes, kayaks, grill. Tiki table nice to sit at out back in the evening. We will definatly rent this home again in the future.

The home was very clean upon arrival. Everything was in proper working order. Pool was heated as stated. They even provided soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, foil...etc. and napkins. We were near one of our favorite Cape Coral restaurants....Lobster Lady. It was like you walked into someone's home not a rental.We would definitely stay at Villa Sweet Water again.
