Once Upon a Tide is your new escape from reality. Enjoy this luxuriously appointed beachside home with friends and family! This gorgeous property is nestled in the community of Seagrass where you can enjoy resort-style amenities, such as the community, expansive infinity pool that flows into a lower tanning pool, golf cart-friendly pathways, a fire pit, and serenely landscaped grounds. It is proximally located to great restaurants, convenient shopping centers, and plenty of locally owned shops. Experience an endless amount of fun with annual events like the Mardi Gras Parade, Marsh Fest, Oyster Fry, Texas Crab Festival, and Jeep Weekend.
When you enter this beautiful property, you will walk into wide open spaces for gathering in the open concept living room/kitchen. The gourmet eat-in kitchen boasts a gas range, stainless steel appliances, an under-counter ice machine, a wine fridge, and a stylish subway backsplash! When you want to settle down for the evening, watch a favorite movie on the mounted TV while kicking back on the plush sofa. Indulge in the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views on the furnished deck each morning as the sun rises.
The King bedroom ensuite on the 1st level is inviting and well-appointed and has its own luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has a set of twin bunks to tuck the little tikes in at night. Also on the first level, there is a bunk room with 3 full-size bunk beds. The hallway has another full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, there is another guestroom with a king-sized bed, with a wall mounted TV.
The second level includes a large guest room with 2 Queen beds, with a full-sized bathroom with and a walk-in shower just outside the door in the hallway.
Also on the 2nd floor is the main master suite with an ensuite bathroom that has an oversized walk-in shower and dual sinks. This room sports a private deck, perfect for gazing at the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee.
There is ample room for comfy sleeping, TVs in each bedroom and updated beach décor for your aesthetic enjoyment!

We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps.
Pets are not allowed.
Charcoal grill is available. Please bring charcoal.

Events of any kind are not allow, max occupancy of 15 must be observed at all times.
