Our charming space is perfect for solo adventurers or couples looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. Its come with a full kitchen including dishwasher as well as washer and drier in the unit.

The Studio

Guest Access
The studio is designed with the privacy of both guests and hosts in mind. The keyless entrance is from your own separate gate in the alley behind the house.

Other Details to Note
The guest house and main house are totally separate. There is no yard access during the stay and the double doors seen in the pictures do not open. Their windows have been frosted for your privacy,
We offer a guest parking permit (for one car) that will let you use street parking for free.
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate stay shorter than 30 days per city regulations.
Stays longer than 30 days can be arranged after the initial 15 days have completed.
A weekly cleaning on Sunday can be arranged for a fee of $50 payable directly to the cleaning lady.
