Nestled close to Lamai Temple, this villa is embraced by the breathtaking hillside vistas of Koh Samui. Balancing serenity with local culture, the location seamlessly connects tranquil landscapes with the lively streets of Lamai, beautiful beaches, enticing restaurants, and vibrant markets—all just a short distance away. Perfect for those who value the beauty of nature while remaining conveniently close to local attractions.

Getting around Koh Samui is a breeze with a variety of transportation options, from bike and car rentals to private taxi services. The main road features two buses and spacious tuk-tuks that can conveniently take you across the island.

Situated in a prime location, the area is close to all amenities yet retains a sense of privacy and tranquility. The villa offers ample space for parking, accommodating both cars and bikes.

For the most convenient and secure transportation, renting a car is highly recommended. If needed, we can make arrangements for a car to be available at the property. Please note that renting motorbikes is not advised due to safety and insurance concerns. Exceptions may be made only for those with extensive motorbike experience and familiarity with Thai roads.

Should you prefer, we can arrange a private car with a personal driver for an additional cost. Additionally, a private taxi service is always on call and can reach the villa within approximately 15 minutes.

- Cleaning and changing of linen every 6 days.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 300 US dollars (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- Pool serviced twice a week.
- Electricity is charged based on consumption. We take a picture of the meter at check-in. and a picture on checkout. the kilowat is charge by 8thb per unit.
-No toilet paper in the toilet. ( blocked toilets door tissue are 2000 thb penalty)
