Nestled just two rows from the beach and close to the public beach access, our charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom bungalow is the perfect coastal getaway for anyone seeking a relaxing beach vacation. Our home does NOT require a week minimum stay and includes full linen service!

Location: Happy Ours is ideally situated a stones throw from the beach, providing a peaceful escape while still being within walking distance of the vibrant Surf City community. We are right down the road from the locals favorite Trailer Bar. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the sandy shores, exploring nearby shops and restaurants, or enjoying water activities that make Surf City a sought-after destination.

The Bungalow: Step into a cozy and well-appointed living space with coastal vibes. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for socializing, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals or game nights.

Being just two rows from the beach, you can easily stroll to the ocean and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever you please.

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes.

Parking: Ample parking is available on the property, ensuring a hassle-free stay for you and your guests.

This is a dog-friendly home with pet fee. 2 pups max under 50lbs. $100 pet fee.

No smoking is allowed in the house or outside.

Check in is at 3 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season.
