No Parties:
Strict no-party policy.

Police Call Fine:
A $500 fine will be charged if the police are called to the property for any reason.

Complimentary Supplies:
A starter pack of household items and toiletries (trash bags, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels) are provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies needed during their stay.

Towels:
Pool Towels: We provide 5-6 pool towels for your use.
Bathing Towels: We supply bathing towels, plus an extra 2 beyond the number of guests in your reservation.
Laundry detergent is available on-site if you wish to wash any towels during your stay.

*Furniture:
Please do not move furniture. If moved, ensure it is returned to its original location.

No BBQ Grill:
Please note, a BBQ grill is not available at this property.


*Additional Cleaning Fee:
An extra fee of $75/hour may be charged after the first 4 hours of regular cleaning time if the house is left in a condition requiring excessive cleaning.

*Windows:
Please close all windows before leaving the property.

*Food Supplies:
You may find condiments and extra food supplies in the fridge, freezer, and cabinets for guest use.

Our pool cleaner comes on Thursdays around 8 AM.
He comes through the side gate and won't bother you for any reason.


*Trash pickup is on Tuesdays.
