Wunderschönes Studio im Zentrum von Chelsea in der Flower Street. Das Studio befindet sich im Zentrum von allem in der Nähe des Nachtlebens, der Gallerien, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Transportmöglichkeiten. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museumsmeile, Times Square.

Wir laden Sie in ein sauberes, ordentliches und gut gestaltetes Studio mit eigenem Vollbad und voll ausgestatteter Küche ein.

Das Studio bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.
Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelschlafsofa.

Wir bieten den Komfort von zu Hause mit Bettwäsche / Bettdecken / Decken / Kissen und einem Handtuch pro Person bei der Ankunft.

Das Gerät ist voll möbliert. Sie hätten die Wohnung ausschließlich für sich. WLAN und Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher für Ihr Sehvergnügen.

Die Anreise erfolgt zwischen 14.00 und 17.00 Uhr. Bei einer Ankunft zwischen 17 und 20 Uhr wird eine Gebühr von 50 USD fällig

The studio was very clean and had everything I needed. Great location to walk to many of NYC's top attractions.

Lovely stay in Chelsea

Super close to the west village (18min walk or 8min subway), easy access to the 1 and NQRW trains being on the same street (28th). Penn station also a 9min walk which has everything. Trader Joe’s 10min walk which was great to have nearby as well as a CVS.

Loved the location

This cozy studio apartment is located in a great location in Chelsea. It's close to 3 subway stations, amazing restaurants, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and the Flatiron just blocks away. Key exchange went smoothly and the property manager responded to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. We would love to stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

Small but sufficient studio. They had a problem with the roof leaking, but the management was on it and very apologetic. Paul and Luis- extremely polite and very helpful! Extremely quiet apartment...no street noise. Walking out to the beautiful flowers everyday was a plus!

We would welcome Michelle back any day! We were all extremely surprised by the leak but Michelle was so accommodating to allow us to immediately resolve the issue and remedy the situation for her. Immediate access and notice allowed us to resolve the problem and properly rectify any affects. The Flower District is absolutely magical during any season.

Great stay on my NYC adventures

Property was as described. Manager was easy to work with. Some of the bedding was worn a little too much. And a few pieces of furniture didn’t hold up but they repaired promptly. Thank you.

Thank you for your stay. As we provided brand new linens for your stay we were surprised by your comment. As to the furniture it is pristine. We do our utmost to respond to and assist to make our guest stays pleasant and comfortable but sometimes people come with expectations of hotel service rather than short term furnished apartment stays.

Home Away From Home

You walk in to a clean, well-lit apartment that has a fully functioning kitchen with a full size fridge, gas range with oven that comes with basic cutlery sets including a full set of plates, cups and glasses. Hot water for the shower/sink never disappoints as its always available. It comes with chromecast-enabled tv and fast internet. Queen size bed with replacement sheets/pillow cases and plush towels provided, sofa converts into additional sleeping areas for visitors if needed. Receiving packages had been a secure experience, and the building super is available during the daytime, he's been very helpful and easy-going. and the location, its right off 28th st stop on the #1 line... very convenient. Close to FreshMarket/TraderJoes/Wholefoods. The best part, every day you walk out of the apartment not knowing which types of rich, fragrant, exotic landscape of flowers displayed by surrounding vendors to greet you! i highly recommend the place.

We were so pleased to have such a lovely guest. Our hope with each rental is that each person feels as if it is a home away from home where we have supported and provided for all their needs. Our goal is to provide the best and most comfortable stay for you to enjoy the Chelsea area and NYC. As we are available by email/by the site 24/7, we immediately respond to any question or need our guest may have and hopefully each will end with our guest having a perfect visit.

Claire came to reside here as there had been a fire I believe in her building so she was forced to relocate for months while they did the repairs. So she moved from a much larger residence to a studio under difficult circumstances for her. She was given a certain stipend for her relocation which would not match her larger home. Unfortunately we could not provide comparable space to her damaged residence nor was it home to her

Flower street location!!!

Is this apartment perfect? No. But does it provide basic living in a decent area of midtown manhattan? Yes! Very close to one of the subway trains. Not far from several others. Surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Allowed us to stay the exact number of nights needed in NYC for a summer internship stay. Just enough room to allow overnight visitors to stay too. Felt safe and secure behind a locked outer door. Best part is walking out each day to the overflowing flowers for sale on the street!

Bed just not what it should be

Location is good and building is very clean and for the price what you would expect - no luxury but very livable. The one one real drawback is the bed and the sleeper sofa are both of such bad quality that they make it really difficult to have a good night's sleep. I left it to late too complain when I did the management reacted very quickly and replaced the mattress the only problem I went from a mattress with broken springs to a mattress that was like sleeping on a cement board. Apart from that for the price you will not find better in that part of town.

We apologize for the mattress with broken springs, we wish you would have brought it to your attention sooner so we could have addressed it sooner for you, rather than when you had a week left of your stay. Great apartment for the price.

I had a very good experience with this apartment. It is really well located, close to a few subway stations. The apartment was clean even if not pristine. The staff was super friendly and responded quickly if something came up. It is a small apartment and internet was mostly good. But overall it was as advertised and as expected.
