Known for its gorgeous lake access and picturesque boardwalk trails, the Bayshore community offers the perfect escape from the day-to-day of everyday life. If you're traveling with your family, you'll appreciate the home's proximity to several playgrounds and parks. Regardless of your itinerary, rest assured that you'll feel the friendly spirit of Alaska during your stay.

Inside your home away from home, warm your toes in front of the living room's wood-burning fireplace. When you get hungry, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space. Full and content, head for the indoor hot tub, which is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The home's bedrooms are equally comfortable, both adorned with plush bedding. Off the primary bedroom, you'll even have access to an en suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Additional interior amenities include a collection of board games, a smart TV, washer/dryer access, and internet. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning.

Back outside, enjoy having access to three large decks, all overlooking stunning sunrise and sunset views. (The backyard is not accessible as it belongs to a full-time tenant in a neighboring apartment.) The gas grill available on one of the decks is perfect for evening barbecuing sessions, the perfect ending to another day in Anchorage.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
