FUN FAMILY WEEKEND!!!

What a beautiful & great place to stay!!! Our six grandkids(5 & under) along with adults, loved the pool!!! So much space & beds were all king sized & so comfy, pizza oven & ice maker were sweet!! It is definitely a place we would like to come back again. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks for the fun!

Amazing!

We have been to several properties with indoor pools, and this one is by FAR the best that we have been to. If you are going to be in the Omaha area, and have kids that love to swim, I cannot imagine a better place than this one. The indoor pool is huge, the pool area was heated to 83*, and the water was perfect. It even had a diving board! The kitchen is world class - truly chef quality. What a great find this place is.

50th wedding anniversary celebration

Very nice. Had plenty of room for our family, for privacy and for socializing. Loved the swimming pool, the game room and the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The steps might not be the best for little ones.

Family Christmas celebration

We utilized this property for our family Christmas get together. We had a combination of 4 different families with ages from 4 to 70. This was this perfect property for our situation. Plenty of room with spaced out bedrooms so we weren't on top of each other. Fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen and we cooked many meals there. Definitely recommend this place for a large group.

Fun time

The property is very unique and fun. We had a large group and never felt cramped. The house was clean and well taken care of. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise even before 10 pm. Overall I would recommend staying at this location.

I have never stayed in a house as beautiful and elegant as this one. Every feature and furnishing is truly first class and top quality. The desgn and engineering are awe-inspiring. Same.for the magnificant furnishings. I was the renter.

my wife spent the first day cleaning.many of the amenities did not work ie the fire places hot tub parking was terrible windows were dirty outside funiture was so dirty we could not sit on them even though they were covered over all the the best was just being able to be together in one place with family.

The house was in a nice location, but it wasn’t worth the price. It really needs a deep clean. We found trash under the couch and many things were very dusty. We were disappointed the game room was very musty and unusable for kids with allergies. The pool and hot tub temperature were not adjustable and we found them both too cold. The main tv did not work, guitar was broke, microphone on the karaoke machine was broken, many light bulbs were burnt out. There was no door on the master bathroom which is in the bedroom. Overall, a big disappointment for the money we paid.

Our pool is maintained year-round at a comfortable 86°F, and the outdoor hot tub remains at 100°F, both verified prior to your arrival. The master suite layout, including the open bathroom design, is clearly shown in our listing photos for guest transparency. While we’re glad you appreciated the home’s location, our team continuously maintains high standards of cleanliness and functionality, and feedback from other guests reflects this. Based on the level of noise reported during this reservation, however, this property may not have been the best fit for your group’s needs.

Fun place, hot tub never worked, poor communication

Overall, the property is a fun place to spend a few days. The communication with property management was slow and sometimes non responsive. We had a hot tub, which was part of the reason for booking, that never worked. I contacted the management company several times regarding the issue and it was never fixed. They seemed to not want to do anything about it.

Enjoyed the stay but there were definitely some issues tried texting the numbers provided got no responses at all. Loved the pool and game room and overall a pleasent stay. The hot tub reaked of mildew and was unusable. The pizza oven takes hours to heat up. Their was dirty dishes and utensils put away with clean dishes. Cups left melted from the washer in with the good ones instead of just thrown away. There was trash found under beds. The grill is rusted and doesn't work properly wouldnt go above 200 and both propane tanks were left open and were empty. The plumbing clearly needs work you could hear pipes gurgling and horrible smells coming up from the sinks in the kitchen and the sinks kept trying to back up. The door to the balcony lock was broken. The latch to the door into the garage was broken. Lightbulbs burnt out every where. No door on master bathroom so you get to listen to anyone using the toilet doing their business which isn't something people want to do. The instruments in the entertainment area are all busted but like 1. Ovens are are the small side so glad theres 2 so we could cook for the whole family of 10. Most things left or provided food and spice wise are beyond expired.

Matthew and his group left behind a severely clogged toilet that required a licensed plumber and additional cleaning to resolve. This bathroom had no prior issues and has worked perfectly since. Unfortunately, after confirming in our phone logs no communication was received during their stay to alert us of these issues. We believe the situation could have been quickly resolved with a simple heads-up, and it’s always our goal to address any guest needs promptly when given the opportunity. Due to the lack of communication and the maintenance required post-checkout, we would be cautious about hosting this group again.
