Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in dieser luxuriösen, geräumigen 4 BR 3 BA Wohnung. Erleben Sie den Sonnenaufgang von dieser 15. Etage. Vom Hauptschlafzimmer und vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Es gibt 5 Flachbildfernseher in dieser Wohnung - 1 in jedem Schlafzimmer und 1 im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch kostenloses WLAN.
Verfügt über eine komplett renovierte Küche mit neuen Marmorfliesen, Edelstahlgeräten, tiefem Spülbecken und aufgearbeiteten Schränken. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer neuen, faulen Schlafcouch mit Schlafsofa und 55-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Netflix / Amazon Prime ausgestattet. Ihre Reservierung würde alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher umfassen, Sie müssten nur ein Strandtuch mitbringen.

Die Badezimmer wurden kürzlich mit neuen Arbeitsplatten und Lacken ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer wurden ebenfalls bemalt und mit neuen Betten ausgestattet. Bilder spiegeln die Veränderung wider.

Bettwäsche ist: 1 König, 1 Königin, 1 König, 2 Full Master Badezimmer ist aus Granit, hat einen Whirlpool, zwei Waschbecken und eine separate Dusche. Es gibt 2 weitere Bäder für Gäste mit Wannen- / Duschkombinationen.

Die Küche ist modernisiert und ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Glaswaren, Töpfen und Pfannen, Kuerig-Kaffeemaschine und allem, was Sie zum Kochen und Essen benötigen. Granitarbeitsplatten, große Geräte und Waschmaschine / Trockner runden den Küchenbereich ab und bieten Komfort und einfache Bedienung.

Zu den Außeneinrichtungen gehören ein großer Lazy River Pool, ein teilweise überdachter Außenpool, ein Kinderbecken, Whirlpools, ein großer Loungebereich und ein direkter Zugang zum Meer. Vier gro��e grüne Eierkocher stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung und eignen sich hervorragend zum Grillen oder Rauchen eines Abendessen am Pool.

Beautiful Condo/Location but very dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially, we were in awe of the condo. Huge and accommodating with panoramic views of the ocean. Then I noticed my grand babies feet were black. The floors were sticky and dirty throughout the property as well as all the floor mats. My daughter got ice out the fridge that had black mold in it and we looked up in the dispenser and it was filled with mildew. The tub was shooting clumps of black mildew/mold into the water that my grands were bathing in... I was disgusted. I got cleaning supplies and cleaned all the floors, washed all the matts, scrubbed all counter tops and tables. Management was notified and I did speak with the manager of housekeeping. Pictures were provided. I am not the person who complains but when you have toddlers running around, it's just not acceptable. We left the condo, 10 times better than we found it. I spent the first two days of my 4 day vacation cleaning.

Overall nice place. The cleanliness was lacking. I actually needed to clean the tim work and floor in the one bathroom because it was covered in hair and dust. The refrigerator was also not very clean. I wiped down the kitchen cabinets as soon ad we got there also. They looked to have had coffee spilled down the front of them.

Everything was just how they advertised. The condo was clean and had all the essentials. The view was beautiful! I would highly recommend to any group of 8 or less.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at this NMB location for 15 years and this was our 2nd stay at this condo which we sought out after last year’s stay. Its very comfortable and clean and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking for family. As previously noted, just the right amount of furniture/seating and not a lot of knick knacks so no worries about things getting knocked over/broken. Mgt company staff is very helpful and easy to work with re: getting in and leaving condo. Another great stay at on outstanding condo!

My husband, daughter and I had never been to the beach as a family or rented a space like this before and we were nervous of how the whole situation would go. We arrived with some friends after check in had ended, but the staff on-call option was easy and wonderful! The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the view is incredible(especially at sunrise), the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and bakeware. It was such a great experience. I want y’all to experience it, but also want to gatekeep it so we can come back! 😂 Just book it already!! ☺️

Another great NMB vacation

We have been vacationing in MB/NMB x 17 years. This was one of the best condos we have been in. We have 4 active grandchildren with us and this condo had best decor and finishes for both adults and kids. Tasteful, easy to clean and not a lot of clutter to worry about possibly bumping and breaking. Everything worked well and was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked for family meals, the beds were comfy. And the condo was ready when we got there, check in and out was easy/smooth, the rental agent friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall with condo and rental company!

Family Vaca

Check in was easy and the staff at Owners Direct were great. The condo was as described and the view from the 15th floor was amazing. The family had a great time at the beach. Parking in the deck was tight as I drive a large F-150 and my son drives a Palisade. The pool was smaller than we anticipated and got crowded at times.

Great place at the beach

We were impressed with the view, and stocked kitchen to make meals. They even had a Ninja blender we used for smoothies! There were also lots of equipment in the storage closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Windy Hill retreat!!!

Wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation with family!! Condo was clean and well equipped. We had one little problem with the kitchen light, which was promptly fixed. The check in process was smooth and the folder provided addressed everything, including parking, pool passes, Wi fi, and appliances. Beautiful view from the balcony!!!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful 15th floor balcony view overlooking the ocean. Clean, well-maintained, convenient. Only issue: could not access wifi. Also, pull HARD on the balcony doors to open. Deep tub, lots of TVs, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

Each room was decorated with a "beachy" feel that made us feel like we were in a very high end resort. We had everything we needed with plenty of dishes and utensils for the eight of us. The rooms were all a great size. We really appreciated having access to beach umbrellas and chairs. It was a perfect place for our family vacation and we would certainly plan to stay here again! The pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all and even though we were there at the height of the summer season they were not too crowded. The location was very convenient to Pirate's Voyage, putt-putt, golf, restaurants and other fun attractions. We enjoyed them all! I would highly recommend this condo!!

The unit is beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Both years, we have had to submit requests for minor maintenance issues (that did not affect the quality of our stay). Each time, the rental company responded very politely and resolved the problem within 24 hours. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and lazy river every single day. The showers coming in off the beach are very nicely set up. We stepped out for a variety of activities in the area each night. Overall, a great experience every year! Thank you!
