Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

The I Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts and clubhouse which has a weight room. Only a short walk to the ocean and oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch.

I-110 Pebble Beach is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath First Floor Condo. No Steps! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa (linens are not provided but can be purchased upon request). Both the Queen Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa sleep comfortably. Screened in porch with 1 Table & 4 Chairs is just off the living area. Dining Area. The well-stocked Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Full Bath (Two folding cots for additional sleeping if needed.) Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Linens and Towels will be provided with beds made for weekly stays only.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
