A Modern tree house in Oakland

About this space
Modern decor with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and peaceful tree-filled surroundings. We live on the border of Montclair and Piedmont Pines, and are less than a 5 minute drive to the shops/ restaurants in Montclair Village & 10 min. to DT Oakland. The neighborhood is filled with greenery and you can even catch a deer family sighting from time to time. Our home is great for families and large groups as it has many rooms and is very spacious and the outdoor space includes a cedar hot tub!
The space
This is a multi-level home with four bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious backyard with a cedar hot tub. We are nestled in the Piedmont Pines area of the Oakland Hills. Lots of flora and fauna and often times deer family sightings in our yard!
Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces except for the garage.
Other things to note
Certain pets may be approved with an additional pet deposit $250-$500 depending on pet. Please consult directly with Rozz to determine if your pet is approved. Pet deposit is expected immediately after approval.
