This STUNNING, OCEANFRONT unit does not have A/C, but you'll stay cool with the magical Maui breeze and ceiling fans throughout. Noelani 105 features panoramic views, gorgeous interiors, and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the ground floor private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience. Sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns) Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this premium condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for whale watching!

Noelani 105 is a beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances.

The serene and tranquil master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is just steps away and has a convenient tub/shower combo. For your convenience, the sofa converts to a Queen size bed for additional guests. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
