Step inside to an open-concept living/dining/kitchen space designed for connection and relaxation. Cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, then cozy up for a movie night. Rest easy in the primary bedroom with king bed or the twin bedroom, both designed with comfort in mind.

Kendall Whittier Square is an eclectic, lively district in transition. You may notice foot traffic or catch live music from the patio bar around the corner (usually ends by 11pm per city ordinance).
- NO SMOKING/Vaping
- No Unregistered guests.
- No parties or events
-$50 pet fee
- Place all used towels in the washing machine AND START THE WASHER on cold cycle prior to checking out.(optional)
- Wash all kitchen items (dishes, etc) used during your stay
- Additional fees for damages, broken house rules, or excessive cleaning will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis. Additional fees are non-negotiable
- Guest(s) must keep all windows closed during their stay
- Guest(s) must lock the doors upon checking out
- Please pick up after your pets with the provided pet bags
