Perfect Place in a Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this cottage and it will be on our list of places to look at when we visit again. The cottage was really clean with a perfect layout and the pool was amazing! It was just a short walk across the street to get to the beach.

This is was one of our favorite vacation stays ever! I was skeptical about being across the road from beach but the atmosphere and fabulous pool more than made up for it. I don't know if it was just timing, but it was NOT crowded at all at the pool. I usually hate dealing with the crowd at condo pools but it wasn't as issue here. We just loved it! 5-stars!

Fishing trip

This place was amazing. It was spotless clean. It was way more than we expected inside and outside. The pool area was amazing and staff was great. This place is definitely a place that I will rent again. I will say one of the best places that I have rented in many years.

For the Price!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed from Wednesday to Sunday. Paid top dollar 4-Star pricing. The appliances, oven had dried food on the controls. Each selector had to be cleaned vigorously to remove the particles.I read the rental agreement, it states min supplies is provided but no bathroom paper, come on I'm paying over $700 a night and I have to go purchase this product... This was a two bedroom with TV's in each. We were not able to get the remotes to work. I could get the tv to come on but not change channels. Yes, I could have called but paid for them up front to work. I shouldn't have to maintenance the property as well. We were not informed at any point there would be construction going on during out stay, everyday including Saturday and well we left Sunday morning. The pool was wonderful however the gas lights and extremely large gas fire pit were never turned on, even after inquiring on the availability. The response we received concerning the fire pit, it would not stay lit. Ok, so re-light it. On the advertising pictures there is this very nice extremely large fire pit. The fire pit pictures were part of the reason to stay. Over all For the Price! It wasn't worth the price. The last question in the survey,Would you recommend this property to a friend?NOT for the price, and not for the unexpected but known by everyone that would be involved with the rental, of items not working.

Michael thank you for your input. We are sorry that housekeeping missed particles on the range knobs. We'll address this with them. And regarding the pool tiki torches and fire pit; if our coastal conditions are too windy, or with 98-degree heat, we do not ignite the torches or fire pit. And with all due respect, the property guide paperwork that was sent to you several times before your arrival, explains in detail what is provided in the unit and what the guests need to bring. We do provide starter rolls of paper products, soaps and detergents. The property listing also explains that this is a brand new resort village and construction activities are occurring on the north side of the resort. And lastly, your nightly rate was not $700. Nightly rates are discounted due to some construction activity on the north side of the resort. All in all we apologize if your expectations were not met. We hope you will come back and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

Perfect family spot in orange beach

My little girl loved the slide (so did we) and loved the lazy River which was perfect size. We loved riding bikes at night through the state park. The beach house was perfect size and super cute. Bed was comfy. We will definitely be back!
