The rental agreement is the same as the house rules you will see in the listing and the check in form is letting us know names and ages of those staying at property along with uploading a license. This is required and not optional.

The Neighborhood:
Constellation House Condo is located on 52nd Street direct ocean front. It is a very peaceful and family oriented building with outside showers and 2 parking spaces. Close to some of the town's best restaurants.

Getting Around:
Feel free to ride your bikes through the town, drive or take the bus.

Other Things to Note:
Close to Seacrets, water sports, amusement and water parks. Some of the best restaurants are near by and include Fagers Island, Dry 85OC, Skye Bar, Shotties or Bad Monkey!
