Hi Cynthia, Thank you for staying with us and providing your feedback. We already have the pictures of the bathroom in the listing, if that was not up to your expectations, we are sorry but we don’t believe it’s any different from the pictures shown. Our cleaners found no evidence of unclean floors around the apartment after you left and we already had a pest control team take care of the flies. We do appreciate your comments on the furnishings and considering them seriously. The downstairs has been actually vacated just recently and we are hosting guests there from now on. The stairway handrail has already been repaired by our maintenance team. For the air conditioning and freezer concerns, we’ll be taking a closer look to determine what improvements can be made to better meet guests’ expectations.
