Updated Condo in the Historic Jarvis Building - Downtown Durango - AC

Our studio condo (Unit 110) located in the Historic Jarvis building and is in the heart of downtown Durango at 10th and Main Avenue. The condo has a convenient assigned off-street parking spot and full size fully stocked kitchen and AC. The Jarvis building also features a common patio area with a gas grill and seating.

This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just two blocks away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. The central location simply can't be beat.

There is a shared laundry room on site. It's open from am to pm and will lock before and after those hours

The condo was perfect. Parking was convenient.The bar on the corner was very loud especially on Friday and Saturday nights.We did experience some confusion in finding the entrance to the condo, however the contact person was patient and very helpful.

We had an excellent stay, and the unit couldn't have been nicer. The property is in a perfect location - easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Ave. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this listing!

This place and location is great. Very convenient to walk to shops & restaurants. However, the bar across the road has live music on Friday & Saturday nights till around midnight which is quite loud but it wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cute place to stay we loved that it’s right downtown. Everything was within walking distance to restaurants & stores. Also right by the train station.

Very good, great location close to main street and restaurants, did not need to drive around town. But did to get out to visit family and hike and go to James Ranch, a must. Bed was super comfy and clean. loved the convenience of having a kitchen for drinks and snacks, brought my own cafetiere italienne for coffee. Supermarket so close.

Great location and comfortable. Note if you are looking for a quiet stay this place is across from a bar that stays open late and the train is right behind the building. I happen to love the sounds of both and would definitely be back!

Great value in Durango

Perfect location. Great value for 2 adults (couch could be used for young child also). Clean, lots of linens. No dishwasher but washer and dryer available (but used by others at the adjoining condos and coin operated). Easy walking distance in downtown Durango.

Thanksgiving week in Durango - Jarvis Condo 110.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was very good for our visit in Durango. We enjoy the downtown area and it also worked well for visiting family in the area. Just a couple of issues, including the party noise from across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. I read about it earlier but thought in November it wouldn't be an issue, but it is. Just the two nights, the rest of the time ok. The drapes on the street windows need work. There is a street light right by them and they pulled together inadequately to shield that light. Two door keys instead of one and salt and pepper shakers filled would have helped to. But overall it was a good week.

Perfect place!

Loved the location! Literally just steps to everything you could need. Was surprised to see it has a full size stove/oven. Loved hearing the train whistle blow and can see the train as it passes. Management is on top of things. They send out emails to make sure your stay is perfect! Will definitely recommend and plan to return!

Mixed Experience

The location was fantastic - walk to the Durango train and Ernie's nearby had great food and music. My main complaint is from the tenant above the apartment who played base music from 9pm-2am on Fridays and Saturdays. I know this is not the fault of the owner but I was renting this place to sleep and, unfortunately, that wasn't possible 2 out of 3 nights.
