Despite these concerns, I was responsive and addressed each issue promptly. When construction noise from a neighboring unit—entirely outside my control—became a concern, I immediately reached out to the HOA and offered you the option to check out early with a refund for the remaining nights. You chose to stay for five nights and continued to escalate complaints, ultimately demanding a full refund despite completing most of your vacation. Additionally, the HOA reported complaints about your hostile behavior toward their contractors, which was entirely uncalled for. It became clear that you were attempting to take advantage of the situation to get a free vacation. I take pride in providing a positive guest experience, but I will not tolerate unreasonable demands or harassment. Other hosts should be aware of this behavior. Best regards, Tori
