A four-block walk will take you to the S.N.O.W. Bus shuttle stop where you can catch free rides up to Whitefish Mountain Resort. Whether you’re planning to ski, hike, or mountain bike, be sure to take advantage of this free transportation service while saving yourself the hassle of the ever-present search for parking at the ski resort. Guests are encouraged to check the bus schedule as it varies by season.
The condo is located one block away from Kay Beller Park and immediately adjacent to the Whitefish River Trail system. Bring your preferred non-motorized water vessel and head upriver to Whitefish Lake or take a short stroll to the City Beach via the lovely Whitefish River pedestrian path.
A stay at the property will also save the expense and hassle of finding safe and reliable transportation if you opt to have a few drinks downtown. If you stay at ‘The Dancing Bears Den’, the bustling Whitefish nightlife is just a few blocks away! Glacier Getaways politely requests that all guests show respect to our home and the neighbors and leave the party downtown.

The Space:
This appealing two-level townhome includes a master bedroom with a king bed; a guest bedroom with a queen bed; and a bunk room that includes a pullout queen sofa and a twin XL over king bunk. This great layout includes two and a half bathrooms and ample closet space within the 2,000-square-foot structure.
Enter through the single-car garage or the front door and guests will find themselves in the great room; a combination of the kitchen, living area, and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen features custom cabinetry, marble countertops, high-end appliances, and an island/breakfast bar with seats for two. The dining area is neatly tucked into a window-surrounded enclave which provides gorgeous natural lighting throughout the day, and dimmable mood-enhancing lights in the evening. Seating for six is provided but an additional leaf and chairs are available for larger groups. Adjacent to the dining area, guests can settle in the luxurious living area. A plush sectional sofa surrounds the gas fireplace and a large smart TV sits atop the barnwood mantle (this TV has cable and guests can log into their preferred streaming services via their personal accounts as well). The first level also includes a half bath as well as a laundry/mud room.
The second level is for sleeping. At the top of the stairs, the hallway presents entry to the master, guest, and bunk rooms. A shared full bath with a marble-wrapped tub enclosure is also accessed from this hallway. The spacious master bedroom features a roomy walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom wrapped in an elegant marble and tile combination. The master bedroom and the bunk room both have working desk alcoves for those who may need some private workspace during their stay. These two bedrooms also include smart TVs as well (guests can log into their preferred streaming services via their personal accounts).
The property includes one indoor house garage space and one driveway parking space as well as multiple free street parking options. During the winter months, Glacier Getaways will shovel the outdoor patio area prior to all arrivals but, during the stay, guests will be responsible for shoveling to ensure safe access to the hot tub and firepit if they choose to use it (we provide the shovel)!

The Moms are in town
We visited Whitefish for a girls getaway, which ended up being during mother's day. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants.

Awesome place
Great house. It was very clean and well appointed. Clearly there was a lot of care put into the property design/features. Amazing showers and all the beds/pillows were comfortable with nice linens. Location is perfect! 15 mins door to door to the ski resort. The heated garage was a plus. Absolutely would recommend to families!

Perfection
We have been coming to Whitefish for about 6 years, and this was by far the most comfortable and accommodating house. It was nicely decorated, had comfortable beds and spa-like bathrooms. We also enjoyed lounging in the hot tub after a full day of skiing. The location is perfect, tucked in in a quiet neighborhood close enough for a nice walk (4-5 min) to everything downtown has to offer. We would love to return in the future. Thank you for having us!

Whitefish Escape
The property was perfect for exploring Whitefish. We walked into town (easily) for coffee and breakfast every morning, as well as dinner at night. A bike rental place 2 blocks away gave us the ability to get to anything we wanted at the lake, up and down the river or to the bike trails all over town. There can’t be a better location if that is what you’re looking for, and it’s only a 10 min drive to the big mountain.
The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend a ton of time there, but for hanging out in the beautiful backyard for an evening cocktail or playing a board game before bed, it was perfect.

Glacier International Airport is located 10 minutes from the town of Whitefish. Shuttle service and car rentals are available at the airport. As there are few public transportation options, we recommend renting a car while visiting to give you the ease & enjoyment of traveling at your discretion. Snow tires are strongly recommended during winter months!
The historic Whitefish Train Depot is a major stop for Amtrak on the Empire Builder line. The train arrives daily from points east and west. The train station is an easy 10-minute drive from Whitefish Mountain Resort.
The S.N.O.W. (Shuttle Network of Whitefish) Bus is convenient and free. You can find bus schedules on Whitefish Mountain Resort's website.
Please inquire for special offers on rental cars if needed. Rental cars have limited availability so be sure to inquire in advance if interested.
