Coin operated laundry facilities on property. On site we have a Beachside café and seasonally heated pool!

Some important information you should know:
• No pets allowed
• The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the unit the entire term of the reservation.
• SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. This includes in the condo and on the balcony. There are designated SMOKING AREAS on property. There is a $250 clean up fee for any violations and may result in eviction.
• Please try to keep as much sand out of the unit as possible by using outdoor showers. The sand can clog drains
• Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried by unit. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Willful or malicious damage to the condo or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter
• Please do not feed birds. This is a Florida State Law and could result in a large fine and causes a mess for you.
• Pool hours are 8 AM until 10 PM. No lifeguards are on duty. Swim at own risk. All minors must have an accompanying adult.
• Grills are available at the west side of the building. No grilling is to take place in any other location.
• Quiet time is between 10PM and 8 AM
• Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on the property
