On the first floor, guests will find the main living space, kitchen and dining areas, as well as one bedroom and bathroom. The second floor includes three bedrooms and one bathroom shared by the three bedrooms. Guests can spend the evening out on the back deck relaxing after a day at the beach, or use it for outdoor dining. This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted. Due to the close proximity of the homes in this area, grilling is not allowed.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $188.80. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
