This was the perfect place to stay for my daughter's graduation from Hilbert College. The house was in a convenient location to the college, her apartment, shopping and restaurants. It would be a great place for parents visiting to stay or to attend a Bills game. I will definitely book again

Stayed here for the Bills vs. Dolphins game. Location was super close to family. Slept great. Very clean. Cozy. Didn’t spend much time there, just for sleep and shower! Would recommend for any Bills game. Will book again! Thanks!

Needs work. Host communications were timely, but...the house is a small and divided into two rental units. I could easily hear the folks next door talking. WiFi is slow. Download speed 4.65 Mbps/ upload speed is 7.89 Mbps. Things not in working order include: the rear storm door has no closer; the keypad deadbolt lock only operates properly if you lift up on the door knob while locking/unlocking it; the front storm door screen is torn; the mail box is just leaning against the house; there is no table in the "Living/Dining Area", only a small counter with room to fit 2-3 people and no TV in the Living Area; the kitchen (really a kitchenette) has no oven; the coffee maker carafe lid is missing so it floods the machine and countertop; the can opener is broken; the 2nd story bath shower door is partly missing resulting in water splashing around the room; the 1st floor bath shower door handle is loose and needs repair; the clothes dryer, in the basement, makes abnormal noises, does not have the correct lint trap and stopped heating during one cycle; the smoke detector in the laundry area is missing. Concerning cleanliness: trash is scattered on the ground outside the house and inside the rooms; there is trash and debris everywhere in the basement, bed linens in a heap on the floor, soiled towels in a heap on the dryer and floor and incompletely-dried towels in the dryer!Rating: barely a 2. Needs a deep clean, repairs & essentials replaced, & REGULAR INSPECTIONS.
