Impeccably decorated, Ocean House #2303 is a beautiful Gulf-front condo located on the third floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Awesome views for both sunrises and sunsets make this a great place for morning coffee or afternoon wine. The unit is approximately 1000 square feet with a well-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.
The unit has an inviting space including a living room with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen television, and beautiful direct Gulf front views. The connecting dining area has a table that seats four. The main bedroom has direct Gulf front views, a king sized bed, and flat screen television. The guest bedroom includes king bed, with an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The stackable washer and dryer is located in the kitchen area.
Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area.
This condo is a great place to relax, spend time with family and just get away from it all.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes a digital lock and the code is required for entry.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
