This is an outstanding property! It seems unbelievable when looking at the advertisement but it is EXACTLY what it is advertised to be. A very large 3 bedroom 5 bathroom sumptuously appointed villa with beautiful pool hot tub and separate grilling and leisure areas. It’s 2 upper decks located off the two upper bedrooms make a nice bonus. Add in the washer/dryer and well provisioned kitchen with all the cutlery pots pans dishes and you almost never need to leave during your stay. This home also has an electric range and oven, rare things in the Dominican Republic as most villas use propane heating which can be complicated for the uninitiated. A final thought to those who do not know the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The home is located in the huge and well maintained community of Sosua Ocean Village (S.O.V.). One of the finest and best run communities there. S.O.V. Has apparently solved one of the biggest issues on that island, consistent power supply!!! Your lights electricity and wired connections stay ON. I believe it is this way because of the solar farm they own. We own a luxury penthouse on the Atlantic not 5 minutes from this villa but would chuck that over in a sec to own a piece of property such as we have reviewed. Do yourself a favor and rent this place. You will not regret it!!!
