Not only is the home in a fantastic location, but it also boasts over 2100 square feet of high end living space on nearly 1.4 acres of land. This home is plenty spacious for your next family getaway to the Cape! 



Hawk's Nest is set back slightly from the street on a lush green property, where a stone pathway guides you to the front door. You are welcomed into a beautiful hall with a staircase to the second floor, the kitchen straight ahead, and a cozy formal living room to your right. The kitchen is combined with the dining area, and this contemporary space is one of the highlights of the home. It boasts a large island, tons of counter space, brand new appliances, and direct access to the expansive back deck with additional seating. This room connects through French glass doors to the sizeable TV room, where you will find stunning vaulted ceilings and beautiful windows that fill the room with natural light.  The large sectional couch is a comfortable place to host movie night with the family. To top it all off, there is an enormous finished basement with a sleeper sofa, TV, laundry, and a half bathroom! 



There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. Directly across the hall is a full bathroom with a lavish stand up glass shower and oversized shower head, surrounded by bright white subway tiles.  Upstairs, a snug bedroom to your right has a full size bed. It has a skylight to watch the stars at night. The next room is a bunk room for the kids, with twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. The cheerful fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. These rooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with a full shower and tub combination and fine finishes. At the end of the hall you find the dreamy primary bedroom with a king size bed. There is a seating area, plenty of storage space, and a spa like full ensuite bathroom.



Hawk's Nest is the ideal setting for your Brewster vacation. Take a drive up historic Route 6A, visit the Stony Brook Gristmill, or find plenty of hiking, swimming, and fishing nearby. Enjoy a fine meal at The Brewster Fish House, or grab a pizza from Stone L'Oven for a simpler option. This is the perfect place for you and the whole family to build memories and enjoy the simple pleasures of a Cape Cod summer.

*Does your dog receive flea and tick preventative?

*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?

*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
