Perfect location and fantastic views! Just 100 yards from the ski slopes! Updated end-unit condo in the heart of Ski Time Square! Walk out of the front door and across the street to the slopes, hiking trails, gondola, restaurants, bars, mini golf, and summertime concerts! Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around deck with 180 degree views of the mountains and ski runs. After a long day on the hill, relax in the outdoor hot tub or sauna.

Available 24/7 via text, phone or email.

Walk across the street to Gondola Square, numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, hiking trails, roller coaster, mini golf, summer concerts. Bus stop is right out the front door, with free rides into downtown Steamboat.

This end unit condo with wrap around deck and extra windows should not be missed. The mountain contemporary design creates a warm, inviting space. The wall of windows adds an open feeling. Privacy and views abound from this end unit with its own private entrance, and and wrap around deck that has panoramic views of the Steamboat Ski area and south valley. The condo has one queen bed in the master, and a new, queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo is equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, coffee maker, coffee, utensils, and most everything you need !

WE NOW HAVE ON-SITE PARKING! Our parking lot is complete, and offered one on site parking spot per group!

*** please note that there is no air conditioning in the unit which is common for sub alpine homes. The unit cools down quickly in the evenings with the windows open, and an a/c fan is provided, but want you to be aware of this in the summer months.

Hop on the free bus to downtown right outside the front door.

Sometimes the hot tubs and other community amenities, may be closed for maintenance or repair, we have no control over this as we only provide a comfortable room/apartment for your stay. Closures of any shared building/community amenities are not eligible for discounts or refunds.

The property is well positioned, but is not easy to find, the GPS sends you to a road that is behind the property so we had some difficulty figuring out where to go. Easy walk to lots of things clean and with a beautiful view would definitely stay here again now that we know where it is

Amazing location and nice condo!

I was here with a couple friends for a week long ski trip. The location of this condo is perfect and a very easy walk to the mountain base (even when in ski boots or carrying skis). The condo was clean, nice and comfortable (although it could maybe use an updated mattress/pillows). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great location-really enjoyed my stay

Parking was a little funky at first and it took me a minute to find the place but after that it was no problem. Beautiful view out front, construction in back but it didn't bother me if I had the windows closed. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Would love to stay again.

The condo is conveniently located with respect to the base area and the free bus that can take you to grocery store, Wal Mart or downtown. There is a hot tub / exercise room just a few steps away on the same level.

Truly Awful Unit!!

We found this unit to be dated and not as described on VRBO. It was more like an old college dormitory than a ski condo. We had to move to a nearby hotel after two nights of no sleep and being disgusted by the unit and building. The property manager was not helpful in response to our concerns. - The shower curtain liner was covered in mold!!!! - The shower had a capped rusty pipe coming out of the wall where the tub filler should have been. - The dishwasher is not screwed into the counter and tips out when opened- The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. - The bedding was thread bare and uncomfortable. - The coffee pot is missing a lid causing hot coffee to spill when removing the pot from the machine. - The building condition was horrible, from bad odors to multiple trash bags lining the hallways.- The front door to the building is broken making it very difficult to open. - It is very difficult to navigate the lockbox/doorcode/parking situation requiring multiple trips up 4 long flights of stairs. - The elevator is broken - Very noisy late at night - near hot tub - No snow removal on the sidewalks - very icy and hard to navigate - WiFi does not work for more than 2 minutes at a time.We do not recommend this unit in particular or any unit in the build

Christmas Getaway

First and foremost, the location of this property was perfect! Not only did we have a view of and, most importantly, quick access to the slopes, proximity to restaurants and retail was ideal. The bus stop right out front also made getting into town a breeze. Loved having the ski locker downstairs. (Side note: highly recommend Ski Butlers for rentals!)

Summer Wedding

My fiancé and I stayed here for a wedding at the ski resort. The location was perfect for that and we were able to walk to the gondola even in high heels and all. It was nice to be so close to the square and within walking distance to many restaurants and other hotels. It was a little tricky to figure out where to park at first and to find the parking garage but once we did it was easier to navigate. There is a small elevator to get you to the 4th floor. There is no air conditioning in the unit and the only window we felt comfortable leaving open was the patio slider to get some air flow as the bedroom windows are right by the walkway so the air conditioner in the bedroom was a very thoughtful piece. Overall nice/quiet place to stay.

Nice

Difficult to find the Building. Then to find our way into the building. Parking lot is closed and we could not for the life of us find how to get to the building... finally figured out one had to park on a nearby street and walk across a field then across the lawn / side walk. No elevator from garage so up stairs to get out of garage and more stairs inside to elevator. Certainly not "handicap" accessible. We are elderly so it was a bit difficult but we managed. Otherwise all was super. Loved the Condo. Thank you
