There are dog walking trails throughout the area and beyond. Park is one block away. Those who live here are mature adults.
This condo is all on one level BUT it is on the lower floor of the building with a walk out grassy area.
The combined living and dining is beautiful and comfortable. The dining room seats 6. TV in living room and master bedroom. Wireless internet. You'll also love the small patio off the living room w/ table & chairs. This property is completely furnished and set up with everything you would need to make yourself at home.
Master bedroom has king bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) with an additional futon couch that transforms into a bed (sleeps 1). Sleeps 5 total. Clothes iron and ironing board available. Bathrooms have towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap and a hairdryer. Well-furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook in house...dishes, cookware, silverware, basic spices, oil, sugar, etc. You have a coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, toaster oven.
Laundry room is off the dining room/entry. Laundry detergent and softener provided.
Condo is in building with only 6 units and sits back off the street. This is not a party zone. It is a very safe, family oriented area. Many walkers enjoy the trails with dogs and children. Off street parking for many cars is available.
