This is a gem in the smokies, we call it TREASURE COVE, from one of the most peaceful areas in Gatlinburg, this house is located in a super friendly area.
LOCATION IS THE KEY for this home!
5 min drive to ARTS & CRAFT COMMUNITY
Only 2minutes from GREENBRIER NATIONAL PARK!!
3 min WALKING DISTANCE from the river, you can enjoy wonderful walks and even go for a swim.
4 MIN FROM ROCKY TOP SPORT EVENT, GATLINBURG
**Only 10-15min to DOWNTOWN, 8 MIN away from groceries Food City
5 min from the Community Center where you can go for a swim, enjoy the gym, any sports and even bowling, table tennis and more!
Has an amazing backyard where you can enjoy grilling or enjoy an evening by our lovely firepit.
We have a short hiking trail INSIDE the property that you can hike and enjoy nature.
We also count with many entertainments to spend the night in, Pacman, movie nights, many table games, outdoor games, hot tub+projector. If you come with babies, we have pack and play and multiple toys for toddlers

We have build a short hike inside the property. The most unique amenities this place has is the surrounding nature. This is not only the view, but you can WALK to the river.
Wake up in the morning and you can hear/watch every bird there’s out there. Red and blue birds visit this home because we have sooo many bird houses
