Enjoy your morning coffee with an idyllic panoramic view of the sunrise from your water front porch at 4400 acre Lake Rosalie; the best kept secret in FL. The lake is surrounded by the back country of Kissimmee State Park (no public lake access), a few privately owned cattle ranches and a few houses. We consider 5 boats on the lake to be a busy day. Huge sprawling live oaks draped in Spanish Moss and native Palm trees shade your lake house.
These elements translate into hard to find "Peace and Quiet"; reminiscent of "The Old Florida".

Nestled securely in Tiotti Beach Estates, a mature neighborhood, you are just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, numerous medical facilities and churches. In about an hour you can be in Orlando and you are about 90 minutes from Vero Beach and Tampa (east and west coasts). The neighborhood general store, is 5 minutes from your door. Local activities include Legoland, Bok Tower, baseball Spring Training, Sebring Race Track, hiking, biking, Cypress Gardens Water Ski Show, Camp Mack Bass Tournaments; to name a few. You are only a few minutes from Lake Kissimmee State Park entrance. Both Lake Kissimmee and Lake Rosalie are famous for world class Bass fishing and great "spec" fishing. You can expect to see wildlife in the water, in the sky and in your yard on a daily basis; and you'll hear the owls at night.

Everything you need is already here; kitchen is fully equipped, just bring your toothbrush

Owner lives near by so if you need anything or have a problem help is close at hand.
