The Space:

Towering like a beacon over the South Carolina Shore, this renovated oceanfront condo features a spacious master suite, three beds, and a full-size master bathroom. With ample room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this stunning oceanfront hideaway is the perfect rental for small families and couples alike.



To make your stay as pleasant as possible, Bay Watch Resort 1203 comes complete with a variety of convenient amenities--including complimentary WIFI, free linens, and two HD TVs. Enjoy an East Coast sunrise on your unit’s private, oceanfront balcony. Prepare delectable snacks that the entire family will adore using your unit’s convenient kitchenette. Unwind after a day of vacation fun in the relaxing water of your master bathroom’s Jacuzzi bathtub.



Outside your condo, a world of vacation fun awaits at Bay Watch Resort. Stay fit during your vacation with the state-of-the-art fitness room. Go for a swim come rain or shine thanks to the resort’s spectacular selection of indoor and outdoor pools. Grab a tasty meal, day or night, in any of Bay Watch’s three world-renowned restaurants. Best of all, just a few steps away from your resort, you will find the warm, sand and blue waves of the Grand Strand’s 60-mile stretch of beaches.



All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Guests must be minimum of 21 years of age to rent this condo

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):



1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver



2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout



Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. This closure is necessary to facilitate essential improvements in the pool equipment room.



The project is expected to last until the end of March, provided everything goes according to schedule. During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.
