This cozy golf-and-sea getaway puts you within easy reach of all of the Crystal Coast's renowned recreation offerings, including golf, fishing, boating, and all-around relaxation. The oceanfront community of Ocean Isle Beach is just over six miles away.

The just-completed 120-foot private pier with water edge deck and fishing platform is now ready for use. This deck is perfect for morning coffee and sunset views up the waterway, fishing, and watching boats cruise by. 

Bring your boat, embark from either of the two nearby boat launches, and take a trip to Monk Island, where you can lounge on the private beach. Life jackets, beach chairs, and umbrellas ensure your sandy excursions will be as safe as they are fun!

At home, soak in the river views while lounging on the private deck, playing on the back lawn, or unwinding in the furnished sunroom.
