With ample space to stretch out and enjoy, this living room is the perfect spot to kick back and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

Step outside and indulge in the ultimate outdoor oasis at Paradise! The piece de resistance is the inviting hot tub, perfect for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. With parking for 10 cars, you can bring the whole crew along to enjoy the fun. The wraparound porch is the perfect spot to lounge and soak up the sun or curl up on the cozy porch swing with a good book. But that s not all - this outdoor haven also features cornhole for some friendly competition, a professional quality 5-hole putting green, a fire pit for s'mores and campfire stories, and a charming gazebo with bed swings for shade and relaxation. And to top it all off, plush outdoor furniture is scattered throughout the grounds, inviting you to linger and take in the serenity of your surroundings. Whether you're looking to relax, play, or simply enjoy quality time with loved ones, this outdoor paradise has it all!

Pool Access:
During your stay, you can also enjoy access to a community pool just a short drive away! The pool has a fantastic backdrop of the Smoky Mountains, and there is plenty of grass for kids to run around and play. There is also a nice covered area with picnic tables and a grill for barbecues. The community pool access is provided and managed through a third party company. We are not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Location/ Roads / Parking:
This cabin is easy to access by motorcycle or vehicle. With parking for 10 cars. You will find Dollar General, Publix, Kroger, and Food City nearby. Just 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you re just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of put-put golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit Tanger Outlets and local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:
4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

10am

On During: October 1st - February 28th / Off During: March 1st - September 30th.

Cancellation Policy:

$50 fee + VRBO service fee.
30 days up - you will get all of your money back (minus the $150 cancellation fee).
29 days or less - whatever dates we can re-book, is the amount that we will refund back (-$150).
Example: if you had 5 nights we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee ($25). That total will have subtracted the $150 cancellation fee.
