The house was nice, very clean, and had plenty of space and fun things to do for our kids. Our kids absolutely loved the basement games and bedroom. We loved watching the sun rise and set from the back deck. It was an easy walk to the beach and into downtown. The sheets were very soft. We appreciated the dog sheets to cover the furniture since our pets like to cuddle. The neighborhood is lovely with kind neighbors. The street was a culdesac so minimal traffic. We would love to stay here again.

Great house and location.

We had a wonderful time here. We played downstairs on the games and relaxed upstairs. The porch was wonderful and we used it when the weather was good. It was about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. I appreciated the welcome for the dogs with sheets and balls.

Kitchen was well equipped for many home cooked meals. Extremely large rec room downstairs was so nice for the kids. There was also a baby gate at the top of the stairs which was a nice surprise, since we forgot ours. The home was situated at the end of a culdesac, which was perfect for the young kids to ride around on their bikes and scooters. Every thing is close by, grocery store is only a 4 min drive. Property team was very responsive if anything was needed, probably the best vacation property management company we have ever worked with. Very happy with our stay!

Amazing!

We had three generations enjoying the beautiful home, view and surrounding beaches. The house was fabulous and served everyone's needs. The kids were thrilled with downstairs - foosball, air hockey, ping pong, basketball, and tv. The adults enjoyed the deck, bbq and spacious rooms. The week was magical and we made memories that will span many lifetimes. Thank you!

Really nice place - nearly perfect

I really enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta. To begin with, communication was awesome. I was sent a text asking if I had received the check-in info in my email. When we arrived, the property was very clean, and a small welcome package was at the entry. The kids enjoyed the games, toys, and the older PlayStation. The porch was nice to sit on in the mornings and evenings. The property easily accommodated our family of 11 with plenty of space to get away from the noise if needed. The property is in a VERY nice neighborhood that is along the golf course. It is at the end of the street and is very quiet. You can get a glimpse of the ocean from the deck but can definitely hear it. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you would need for cooking. The kitchen is pretty large and has room for multiple people preparing a meal at the same time. There are only two things that could make the property one of my favorites I have ever rented from VRBO. 1) The bed mattresses are not very good. They really need replaced. This includes all of the mattresses in the main level. 2) The property does not have A/C. This is actually common for homes on the Oregon Coast. However, it was abnormally hot the week we stayed, and air conditioning would have been nice. This is not a negative, just something to be aware of. Overall, this was an EXCELLENT place to spend with my kids and grandkids.

We really appreciated having the inside activities downstairs during poor weather or just another activity we could do together. The view is beautiful even if we can't really see the ocean. It is technically walkable to the ocean but challening for the elders in the family. Great if you like members in your group like to play golf. The golf course is definitely walkable. The neighbors are not favorable to vacationers but we kept to ourselves and did our best to be considerate. The kitchen is wonderful both in size and well stocked with good equipment.

Ample number of rooms for family to spread out, whether you want to do some reading on the deck, head downstairs for some ping pong, air hockey, or WII, or if you want to stay in the living area to watch TV or talk with others! Bedrooms were great (well, maybe one mattress needs to be retired!)! The location of the house is perfect; within walking distance to the beach, golf course, or for a nice walk. Reviewer Comments: House is in a beautiful neighborhood , was very clean, provided plenty entertainment , lots of room for adults and grandkids to challenge each other in ping pong, foosball, air hockey etc. the home looks better than the actual pictures. Getting to the beach was a nice pleasant 10 minute walk . We enjoyed all the seating on the deck and the chairs in front of the house to relax and soak up the sun. Room to park 3 cars was great. All the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again at this lovely home.. they do provide a wind tent if needed for little ones at the beach and a wagon to carry all your stuff if you have little ones. You might bring some beach towels with you as there was just the regular bath towels at the home. We do not have pets and we’re happy there were no pet smells in the home.
