Vehicles must park in driveway. On-street parking is prohibited by our HOA.

Enjoy abundant natural light in the expansive living area, complete with a smart TV and sumptuous leather furnishings. The four stunning bedrooms offer plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and ample space for collaborative cooking. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and if work calls, a dedicated desk is ready for remote tasks. Plus, central A/C ensures a comfortable stay.

*Special Features:

Soak in the relaxation with our Spa/Hot tub, easily heated via a Bluetooth app from your smartphone. Remember to turn it off using the app after use to conserve energy.
Please note that the pool is NOT heated during the summer, thanks to the warm Arizona weather. In winter, you can opt to heat the pool for a cozy swim for an additional charge. ($50/day, with a minimum $250 pool heating fee).
