The Black and Gold House

Perfect place for a big family to stay while visiting Purdue University. This house is located in a family oriented neighborhood just 12 minutes from campus and 18 minutes to Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the back yard with a grill and fire pit. The neighborhood has a 1/4 mile walking path in the common area along with (2) two playgrounds, one at each side! This is accessible from the back yard.

The space
As you walk in the house on the left the first room is the Purdue Room, featuring Purdue memorabilia. This room has a king size bed! The living has a large sectional couch with an additional pull out couch. The kitchen has a large dining table that seats 10 people. As you walk down the hall, on the left the two rooms mirror each other. Both occupied by a queen size bed. On the right, you’ll find a larger bedroom with two full-size beds and an attached bathroom.

The back yard is fenced in with patio chairs surrounding a fire pit. Fire wood not included.
Guest access
You will have access to all areas of the house and property expect the garage. As it is only accessible if needing to access the electrical panel. You will also have access to the walking path, court yard, and two playgrounds.
