Home was very clean with so many comfy areas. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Extremely easy check in and check out. Host supplied ways to reach her if we needed help or had questions.

We had a fantastic time here! The house is super clean and there are lots of amenities that my family absolutely loved, especially the basketball game. There are also all the little extras that make an awesome stay even better. Pamela was a great host with amazing communication. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone; you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice property. It had all the amenities our family needed for our stay in Rochester while attending for a family weekend. The host was an excellent communicator with all the details and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. There were some nice “extra” touches that were greatly appreciated also. We would highly recommend this property and host for future rentals.

This house was amazing, spotless, high quality furniture, gym equipment, & bedding! We loved to cook and it had every kitchen gadget, cast iron pans and cleaning products needed. The bathrooms were stocked with everything you may have forgotten (toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The house guide was the best I have ever seen (100 properties to compare it to). Pamela was always timely with communications and provided relevant reminders at just the right Plenty of spaces to socialize with big group inside, downstairs, or outside by the fire pit. With a group of 8 mostly arriving separately having full access to the garage was key to not clutter up the street with our cars. We would stay again as it was a quick commute for those living in the area and coming from the Cities.
