Incredible stay and host

We had an incredible stay. The communication of the host was great. The guys stayed up until 2am for us to check in which we really appreciated, they assist you with anything that you need during your stay. The villa was very clean, the pool was amazing. The location was perfect walking distance to cafes and shops.

I give this place a 5 stars because of the amazing location to restaurants and shops, also for the cleanliness The staff was friendly and helpful!! They even got our motorbikes ready when we got there.

Uluwatu/Pdang Pdang Villa

The property is amazing with very great staff that are more than friendly and are happy to give great recommendations. They helped us get motor scooters to get around and streamlined everything for our stay. The villa itself is beautiful with great amenities and is very close to everything you need in the area.

Beautiful Villa in the heart of Uluwatu

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay here more. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The ac works well and we all slept great in the comfortable beds - jumping in the pool after hot beach days and surfs and relaxing & watching Netflix in the bedrooms were welcomed ways to unwind between our plans. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring the place was clean throughout our stay and our host pointed us in the direction of several great restaurants and beaches in the area. For surfing, the villa is as close to the world class Padang Padang as you can get and a short ride to ulus. Location could not be better! Will definitely be coming back!

DONT BOOK THIS VILLA

To be clear, we didn’t stay in this villa. We arrived, were disgusted at the condition of the place and spent the next 2 hours trying to find accommodation elsewhere. It was rundown and even the worker who let us in was embarrassed. He said he had told the host that it desperately needed work. We have been denied a refund. Don’t stay here. You can do better. Much, much better.

Im a little confused here. When I was contact by the guest she mentioned a construction site nearby been loud . I immediately call my manage and ask about it,he mentioned the construction been paused due to rain. I never heard from the guest after I mentioned this.

OMG - I am so disappointed in our stay at this villa. Day one - the place was more expensive than most and I expected that paying a higher price would give us a higher probability of getting a quality place. I was mistaken. This was at best frat house quality. The kitchen…..only one burner on stove worked, trickle of water out of faucet, water dispenser didn’t work (had to reset it after each bottle filled). I had to constantly contact the staff to help with closest doors not working, fan not working, air conditioning inadequate. The response from the manager was “it worked after the last group was here”. Very frustrating!! There was a visit from some very territorially monkeys. We shut ourselves in the kitchen until they left. To say the least - think twice before you rent from this group.

Sorry you had a bad experience. We do mention the monkeys on the listing so if you have a big problem with monkeys maybe Uluwatu is not the best place for you. Theres absolutely NOTHING i can do about that since monkeys are protected by Indonesian law and pretty sure protected in most countries. Everything else seems to be working fine at the time of your check out. Thanks for the feedback .

Great location | Poor Security | Pictures Vs Reality

Fantastic location in Uluwatu, in an area that didn’t have a lot of accommodation options. Walking distance to shops, food, Thomas Beach, Padang Padang beach and Fins Beach. I gave the property 3 stars based on security and it the pictures being a little different to how it actually looks. My biggest concern were how the door locks didn’t latch easily and with the doors locked you could still slide the doors across. This made me quite concerned and at night it meant mosquitoes got in through the gaps. In one room the door to the outside bathroom was hard to lock, which made it difficult at night. Finally, it was a nice place but quite rundown compared to the pictures. Especially the kitchen area. But that’s not a huge issue as it often. Happens.

Thanks for your review. Sorry the doors weren’t airtight:( Since Uluwatu its probably one of the safest places in the world it really went unnoticed. We will look into it and get them fixed up. Your feedback is really appreciated since it help us improve and give our guest a pleasant stay.
