- We have two car garage parking for mid-sized SUVs available. Trucks or other large vehicles will not fit

- There is one level 2 outlet available (NEMA 14-50 available). Please bring your own charger to plug in.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories.

- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.

- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
