Your stay is lovingly stocked with a curated array of essential supplies to cover you for the first week. This assortment boasts a mix of toiletries, kitchen supplies, and some little surprises to make you feel right at home.
However, our 'Welcome Pack' is like a good TV show: it lasts for one season (or, in this case, one week :). If your holiday script lasts longer, you could embark on a thrilling adventure to our local shops. They're packed with all the essentials you'll need to extend the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. Plus, exploring local businesses is an exciting subplot in the holiday adventure!

HOUSE RULES
INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION, BACKGROUND, and PHOTO ID—To complete your booking, the primary account holder needs to undergo an Independent Identity Verification and Background History Check. You will receive an email with instructions on submitting your basic information and a government-issued I.D. This process is standard for identity verification and is crucial for emergencies.
You must complete the process within 72 hours to remain eligible for a refund. If unapproved, you'll receive a full refund if you complete it within the given time frame. Failing to complete it within 7 days will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
AGE RESTRICTIONS – All guests must be 22+ years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS—To comply with the rental platform's terms and policies, we require all travel reservations to be made by the guests staying at the property. You cannot make a reservation for someone else.
UNLISTED GUESTS—Your reservation details must include all adult overnight guests. Each additional unlisted guest will incur a $100 fee per night and any other costs associated with remediating the situation. Housing unlisted guests violates the platform's terms and policies and puts the guests at risk of uncovered liability. The reserving guest is solely responsible for all damages and costs.
   AMENITY USAGE— Community and home amenities are reserved only for guests listed on the reservation. Amenities such as community pools and gyms are not accessible to guests' friends or family. Breaking this rule may result in your reservation's termination, community FINES, and being responsible for any other costs associated with resolving the situation.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS—No parties or unapproved events are allowed in the home or the community. Any amount of friends, family, or visitors exceeding the home's advertised occupancy must first be approved by the hosts. Failure to comply will result in a $200 fine plus repair costs and termination of the reservation without a refund.
NO FURNITURE MOVING - Please keep furniture in its original location. Any rearranged furniture must be returned to its original location before check-out.
NO FOOD OR DRINK IN BEDROOMS—Food and beverages other than water are prohibited in the bedrooms. Any stains or damages will result in additional charges.
CLEANING - At the sole discretion of the hosts, if an unreasonable mess is found after your check-out, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $90.
TOWELS AND LINENS - Use the provided towelettes and washcloths labeled "Makeup" to remove makeup, foundation, face creams, medication, tanning products, etc. If you accidentally stain any items, please inform the hosts. Any items that cannot be cleaned or repaired will incur a charge to the guest of $20 for each damaged towel, washcloth, sheet, or pillowcase. Any attempt to conceal a stained item will result in an automatic charge.
LEASING OFFICE – The community leasing office and property management staff are not associated with CNM Accommodations Inc., hold no responsibility for your reservation, and will most likely be unable to assist you. Our agreement with the community states that all guests communicate directly with us.
PACKAGES AND MAIL—Guests are not permitted to order mail or packages to this location. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, the front office will reject it. We are not responsible for the whereabouts of any attempted deliveries to this location. You can locate Amazon lockers, P.O. Boxes, UPS, and FedEx locations nearby.
BEHAVIORAL CONDUCT—We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to rude, disrespectful, or discourteous guests. Any violations toward neighbors, CNM staff, Community Staff, or any other persons on the community property may immediately terminate your reservation without a refund.
LONG-TERM STAYS—Hosts may require additional cleaning for reservations lasting more than 14 days, which will incur a standard cleaning fee.
NO PET POLICY – Pets are not allowed, and we are contractually unable to do so. Boarding facilities are available nearby for guests who wish to bring their pets. Please be aware that pets are not allowed inside the home. If any pets or evidence of pets are found, a fee of $350 will be charged, in addition to any necessary cleaning and repairs. Furthermore, your reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund.
NO OPEN FLAMES—For the safety and well-being of all guests, open flames, including candles, are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, including the patio area. This rule prevents fire hazards and ensures the community's safety.
NO SMOKING —This is a Smoke-Free community.
