Newly built with clear ocean views and a few steps to the beach, this house offers the peace and tranquility you've been searching for. This charming space offers full private access to a hot tub, sauna and indoor fireplace, as well as, an outdoor patio complete with grill. The space: Every aspect of this home is new and designed to offer an unforgettable stay with countless amenities.

As soon as you walk in through the foyer, you're greeted by a welcoming and rather homey game room where you can entertain your family and friends with a movie or game night! Or you can kick back and relax in one of four spacious and comfortable bedrooms. With two king-sized, one queen-sized, two full-sized and two twin-sized beds, there's ample room for up to 12 guests. The adults will appreciate the elegant and minimalist way that the bedrooms are decorated, while the kids will love the opportunity to have their own decked out room with bunk-beds.

This unit has four bathrooms in total, each including a shower (two with tub/shower combinations), so take as long as you need. Each bathroom vanity is filled with bathroom essentials and soft, fluffy towels for each guest.

Just a short walk up the stairs to the second level will take you into the master bedroom which is especially luxurious. Wake up to ocean views and then freshen up in the en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and dual sink vanity.

The laundry nook is located on the main floor with a washing machine and dryer to keep you feeling fresh and clean during your stay.

After a long day on the town or at the beach, the best thing to do is rejuvenate yourself and relieve your muscles. And what better way than with a nice sweat session in the sauna. Take a load of in the relax room complete with a wet bar before heading in and before long you'll be feeling invigorated and ready to take on another day.

Most of life happens around the table so we understand the importance of a fully operable kitchen. The beautiful gourmet kitchen with marble countertops has every tool you need to help create lasting memories including: a toaster, coffee maker, French press, tea kettle, crockpot, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and the necessary kitchen tools needed to help you prepare all your favorite meals.

The adjoining living/dining room will bring the warmth of family into the space, not to mention the warmth from the indoor fireplace. You'll never want to leave this part of the home once you see the gorgeous ocean views through the sliding glass doors.

We understand that most guests won't want to leave the home at all but don't miss out on a chance to relax on the deck. Our top floor hot tub with a view of the ocean is a perfect place to start or end any day. Why not do both?!

On a warm afternoon, head out to the patio where you can fire up the grill and cook lunch or just relax and read a good book.

No matter where you are or what you're doing, this beach home will leave you feeling refreshed and serene.

This rental is the southern part of the duplex. If you have a larger group and want more space, feel free to reach out and we can talk about renting out more than one unit of this property.

Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom

Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire unit, the free Wi-Fi, free parking, free laundry with washer and dryer, and private patio

Other details to note: Four parking spaces available in front of the unit with possible street parking available as well. Driveway is on an incline so we recommend backing in to the parking spaces so that the car doors open downhill.
