A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

A $200 security deposit authorization is required at check-in.

Daily resort charge: $11 plus tax and includes internet access, self-parking, sports equipment, barbecue equipment, and lobby coffee station.

Guests arriving after midnight should contact the resort in advance to avoid cancellation.

Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years old.

All guest suites are non-smoking. A $500 cleaning fee may be charged for smoking in accommodations.

Pets are not permitted. Only ADA-defined service animals are allowed.
