Welcome to the Moose and Maple Lodge! This great location is within walking distance to the most popular attractions in South Lake Tahoe. Spend your stay exploring Heavenly Village and the Gondola to Heavenly Resort, Lakeside Beach at Lake Tahoe, Harrah's and Hard Rock Casino, and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cabin-style lodge has:

Our chic lodge offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The space is well-equipped with one queen-sized memory foam mattress. And there is plenty of outdoor space from the outdoor bar, outdoor game area, and shared balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains to make the most of your time in the clear, crisp mountain air.
The Moose and Maple Lodge gets its name from the beauty of the surrounding mountain landscape. The lodge is a multi-unit boutique property.
You’ll have the convenience of a full kitchenette, complete with cookware, and a dining area. The living area is open and spacious and highlighted by the custom fireplace, above which is a smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps, complete with super-fast WiFi for all your streaming and stay-cation needs!
Yes, we are pet friendly but we only allow maximum of 2 dogs. Your furry friends are welcome for an additional pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds and you cannot leave your dogs unattended.
The cabin has a gas fireplace in the main living area to keep you cozy in the winter AND a kitchenette. You’ll have a kitchenette, complete with an oven, stove, cookware, and a dining area/workspace. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
There is a wardrobe with hangers and a dining table can also function as a desk for our work-from-homers. And all the space inside the unit is completely private and only the outside areas like the balcony is being shared.
The property itself has plenty of bonus amenities to explore. Hang out in the outdoor game area. You’re also encouraged to relax next to the fire pit on cool, starry nights out on the spacious balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains. So, what are you waiting for?
You will access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.
There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and you will be hard-pressed to find a spot that you can't walk to or hop on a Lime or Uber scooter to get to. We give the walkability a 10/10!
We have a local manager who can be available for extenuating circumstances or in emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contact-less check-in and checkout procedure.
The neighborhood is composed mostly of lodges (don't worry, you are staying at the best around!). Nearby is beach access to Lake Tahoe, the Ski Village, and Gondola which takes you to the base of Heavenly Resort, the Hard Rock Casino and Harrah's Casino, and dozens of great restaurants and bars.
Parking is free onsite in the parking lot in front and along the building. Overflow parking is on the side and along the back side of the building on the street.
Once you park you will be able to walk or take a Lime or Uber scooter almost anywhere in South Lake Tahoe. All the best amenities are short walk away.
Please be aware that there are other guests staying in other units.
The building was built in the 50’s and unfortunately sometimes noise can be heard from the upstairs units because of thin walls , but we have property managers on site for any noise complaints.
Your furry friends are welcome for an additional pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds.

We do not have Generator for power interruptions.
The pool is currently not available.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The balcony is going to be under construction, until further notice.
Portable AC (Air Conditioning) units are only available during summer season.
and lastly you cannot have your parcels delivered here in the property and that the parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

a) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit.
b) Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.

c) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
d) You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the strip of grass behind the lodge (the side opposite the entryway doors). Waste must then be disposed of in the dumpster by the storage shed (east side of the property).
e) Pets can be left openly unattended in the unit and in the kennel, as long as they don't bark constantly.
f) An extra $50 will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.
g) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancelation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
3 - Early check-in:
a) Please note that we charge a $25 fee for early check-in and kindly give us a heads up if you are going to check-in early.
4 - Late check-out:
a)Please note that we charge a $25 fee if you are going to check out late.
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
