From the moment you pull up the front drive, you will fall for the property's abundant curb appeal. As you walk inside, you will immediately take notice of the home's original wood flooring, gorgeous built-ins, and high ceilings. The cozy living room boasts a smart TV and ample seating. When you aren't hanging out here, utilize the private backyard deck, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and lit by the glow of twinkle lights. A detached office space is also available for remote workers.

When you aren't indulging in delicious dishes around the city, don your chef's hat and prepare home-cooked meals amidst the kitchen's gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island.

Your own haven of peace, the primary bedroom is lined with soft linens and central air. The marble en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity. The additional bedroom is just as inviting with its carefully curated mementos. If you'd prefer to take a bath, the second bathroom houses a bath/shower combo. Washer/dryer access rounds out the stellar interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
