*Home has an Outdoor Security Camera in the front yard to monitor snow and the home exterior for security, and Ring Doorbell Cameras at both entrances.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

*Four-wheel drive, AWD vehicles, or tire chains are recommended during heavy snow periods. If your vehicle is not equipped with any of these items, you may have to wait for the snowplow to clear the main highway and subdivision roads.
