My family enjoyed a wonderful evening in this exceptional property. Communication from pre-booking to post-stay was stellar. The host accommodated our special requests and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to Old San Juan! Muchísimas Gracias!

Incredible friends trip

Such a beautiful boutique property. As a VRBO owner myself this was definitely positioned, decorated and supplied well. Plenty of space for our group of 7, dual living areas, independent AC controls in each room, cleanliness 10/10, modern chic finishes yet very locally charming. We will absolutely stay here again next year !

Great place!

We had 9 people and rented 2 units. We had plenty of space. The air conditioners worked great and we were all comfortable. The only issue we had was no hot water when we first got there but the property manager quickly sent someone to quickly fix the issue so it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks for a great stay!

Charming property with great amenities

We were traveling with two families—a total of 10 people. The ability to rent adjoining apartments suited our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and coffee, sugar, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, etc. Multiple air units allowed us to adjust each room for comfort. A water filter pitcher in each fridge was also appreciated. The continental breakfast included make your own waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal choices, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee and orange juice. There was inside seating in the dining area And lovely outdoor seating with a view of the ocean and cool breezes. We did not use this common area in the evening but it had a hot tub and enchanting atmosphere lighting. It made me want to relax there with a bottle of wine if we weren’t traveling with 6 kids. The only issue was a leaking sink. The property manager was very responsive and brought us extra towels.

Spacious rental - but A/C was broken

This property was close to perfect for our large family. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was questionable. Upon arriving, we determined the main living area A/C was leaking badly onto the floor and chair. We had to turn it off and contacted the host. Unfortunately, no one ever came to fix the A/C during our stay. Luckily each bedroom had an A/C unit, so we were able to stay comfortable even without the main living area A/C. Hurricane Ernesto had just passed through a few days before our arrival, so I'm giving the host the benefit of the doubt and assuming the maintenance company was backed up repairing issues from the storm.
