Carr's Cottage is a delightful little retreat overlooking Goodyear Lake. There is a terrific view from the dining nook inside and from the large deck outside. Sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee as the morning sun's rays warm the deck. Look carefully, you might catch one of the resident bald eagles soaring above looking for its breakfast.

Inside this charming little cottage, you will find all the comforts of home. An open living area and kitchen provide ample space for your small group to cook and relax together. A SmartTV is wall-mounted above the electric fireplace in the living area to provide some ambiance and warm on those chilly lakeside early summer nights. Just off the living area is the 1 bedroom, but don't be fooled, although Carr's Cottage is a cozy little home, it does offer a King bed! A 2nd SmartTV is located in the bedroom, and this room has its own private entrance.

Your hosts at Carr's Cottage own the adjacent home and sometimes use it themselves during the summer. They welcome you to use their stairs to access the waterfront and dock. The waterfront has a wonderful view of the lake at nearly is widest point and great fishing can be had right off the dock. Canoes and kayaks can be rented for the day just up the road a short drive at the local kayak shop, or even delivered to use for the entire duration of your stay.

This lakeside home is perfect for a small group looking to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the ups and downs of baseball.
